Woman Accused in Shooting Was Upset Over Nude Photos, Police Say

Patricia Lee Mitchell, 55, of Lower Milford Township, has been charged with aggravated assault and other charges.

A Lower Milford Township woman accused of firing a .380 caliber handgun at her sleeping husband was upset that nude photos of her were stored on his computer, according to an Express-Times article that cites both state police and court records.

Patricia Lee Mitchell, 55, of the 6700 block of Vera Cruz Road South, reportedly said she only wanted to scare her husband.

Mitchell was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment from a hospital bed at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, according to the article.
