When and how did your business get started?

I started up a company this year so small businesses could "rent a Marketing Director." Most small businesses cannot afford a full-time marketing staff or manager but need help growing their businesses. We're their on-call marketing staff and we only come in when they need to develop a website, write a professional-looking brochure or advertise/launch a new product.

Why did you decide to open your business in the Southern Lehigh area? 

To keep overhead low for clients, I work out of my home office in Coopersburg. Actually, most work is done hands-on, at the client's business.

What is your business best known for?

Web content and design, great sales writing (brochures, ad copy, design of flyers), and increasing sales through campaigns targeted to the right customers.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?

I conducted the focus groups for Musikfest which became the basis for the expansion of Musikfest. I was the moderator and asked Lehigh Valley residents how they would like to see Musikfest grow. I questioned people's reactions to the SteelStacks concept, the Musikfest Cafe concept and increasing the size of the major concert stage to attract such major acts as Boston, Styx and Foreigner.

I also developed products for PPL Electric Utilities, including Energy Analyzer back in 2001. Customers can log onto PPL's website and use the Energy Analyzer, which helps PPL customers understand how to cut down on their electric bills.
