Police: Men Who Claimed to Be Roofers Stole Cash, Jewelry

Lower Saucon Township Police are investigating the distraction-style burglary, which they say occurred Dec. 6 in the 2100 block of Wassergass Road.

Lower Saucon Township Police announced Monday that they are investigating a theft Dec. 6 allegedly perpetrated by two men who claimed to be roofers. In a press release, police said the men--one white and one Hispanic--entered a home in the 2100 block of Wassergass Road about 3:30pm. "While one [man] distracted the occupants, the second male entered a bedroom and took cash and jewelry," police said. The men were last seen in a white vehicle of an unknown type, authorities added. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Township Police Department at 610-317-6110.
