Solehi Grad to Perform at Listen Live Music
Cristabelle Braden, a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, has released her second album.
Saturday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Listen Live Music at the Macungie Institute, 510 E. Main St., Macungie, is an event that will celebrate the release of Southern Lehigh graduate Cristabelle Braden’s second album, “I am Yours.” The event is open to the public. According to a press release, "Cristabelle, age 20, sustained a traumatic brain injury as a teen and her road of recovery has fueled a significant awakening that is meant to be shared. She started writing music after the injury and can’t stop." The production of "I Am Yours" was a group effort featuring the talents of a number of other young local musicians, according to the release. LCTI Names November 2012 Students of the Month
Eight students from Southern Lehigh are selected for the honor by faculty and staff at Lehigh County Technical Institute.
Each month, the Lehigh County Technical Institute (LCTI) awards students who show extraordinary effort the title of student of the month. The students are chosen by administration, faculty, and staff. The title is awarded by the instructor in the student's particular lab. This past month, eight Southern Lehigh students were named.
