Can someone PLEASE explain to me why this position, paid by tax dollars, doesn't require a law degree or any legal experience?? I think this position is non essential! Just go right to the judge who DOES have legal experience and is a board certified esq.
There is no such position in NJ politics. You are arrested and you go to the municipal judge who IS an attorney, and then are sentenced accordingly.
I find the process here to be so ass backwarrds. Just sayin'
