I am in total agreement with the judge. Why did they ever think they should sue for this? Always looking for the $$$$.

More to this story. This was not about baseball, parents are broke, lost the house recently. Dad is a contractor better at fleecing people than doing work. Recently got 5 days in jail and 5 years probation for writing bad checks to a supplier. This was a Hail Mary to get some money to pay judgements and other debts. Classy people
