Tyler Edmond, a Southern Lehigh High School graduate and a member of the Colgate University Class of 2016, has been inducted into Colgate's chapter of Phi Eta Sigma.
Tyler Edmond, a Southern Lehigh High School graduate and a member of the Colgate University Class of 2016, has been inducted into Colgate's chapter of Phi Eta Sigma, according to a news release.
Phi Eta Sigma is a national scholastic honorary society that recognizes the outstanding academic achievement of first-year students.
Edmond, a sophomore, was among 167 students who received the distinction for having earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the 2012-2013 academic year, the news release indicated.
