Blake E. McMullen of Coopersburg is a recipient of the Barbara Hewett Lowers Endowed Scholarship during the 2013-2014 academic year at Clarkson University, the school recently announced in a news release.
McMullen is a sophomore majoring in civil engineering at Clarkson University, it said.
