i can sit on my deck and hear and see the motorcycles and atvs flying down the rail trail. i see kids smashing glass against my trees...it used to be peaceful here, but thanks to the rail trail, my property has also become a public restroom. i miss the trains....

sophie's mom, I think you are making things up. If the things you mention are happening get some pictures, then send them to the police and Upper Saucon Township, Lower Saucon and/or Hellertown managers. I walk the trail all the time although have never seen evidence of the things you mention.

really?? you walk the trail, of course you aren't seeing these things. i live next to the trail. by the time i get the camera, the motorcycles are gone and the kids run. don't think i want to take a picture of someone urinating...you really think that's appropriate (even though it's disrespectful to me) to take a photo of someones $%#@ hanging out???? what do you think the police could do?
