A Montgomery County woman, driving erratically with a child in her car on Route 378 in Upper Saucon Township around 5:30am on May 13, has been charged with DUI and improper use of a child restraint system for a child less than 4, according to a criminal complaint.

Khanh Doc Ho, 44, who was seen weaving multiple times over the yellow center lines between E. Saucon Valley and Saucon Creek roads, was cited for transporting a child without a seat belt on or proper child restraint. She also was cited for having high rate of alcohol, between .10 and .16 percent, the complaint said.

She pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness in 2010 and DUI in 2008.

She is charged with DUI with a high rate of alcohol -- a second offense within 10 years -- DUI, careless driving and entering a roadway without signal requirements.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 16.
