U. Saucon Man Accused of Molesting Boy Wants Confession Withdrawn

Police say Michael James Agrippine, of the 6800 block of Main Street, molested a 9-year-old boy while he was substitute teaching at Allentown's Union Terrace Elementary School in January.

An Upper Saucon Township man who is accused of molesting a 9-year-old boy at Union Terrace Elementary School in Allentown in January told a Lehigh County judge during pretrial hearings this week that he was intimidated into confessing to a crime he did not commit, according to an article published by the Express-Times.

Michael James Agrippine, 47, of the 6800 block of Main Street, was substitute teaching at the school at the time of the alleged assault, and now wants a confession he made to Allentown police thrown out, the article indicated.
