Pickup Rolled on I-78 in Upper Saucon, Police Say

Police say a pickup truck rolled over after it struck an embankment on I-78 West in Upper Saucon Township.

A pickup truck that was being driven by a 63-year-old New Jersey man rolled twice after striking an embankment along I-78 West in Upper Saucon Township Saturday afternoon, the Morning Call reported.

The newspaper reported that the truck driven by Jakob Plemenitash of Ringoes rolled after its rear tire tread came off, closing the highway for about half an hour.
