Man Running on I-78 Arrested, Police Say
State police at Fogelsville say a 25-year-old Allentown man was running on Interstate 78 shortly before midnight Saturday.
A 25-year-old Allentown man running on Interstate 78 has been charged with disorderly conduct, state police at Fogelsville said.
Jeffrey Duane Hosier Jr. was running in the westbound lanes on I-78 near mile marker 50 in Upper Macungie at 11:43 p.m. Saturday, police said.
He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and didn't comply with instructions, they said.
He was removed from the roadway.
Court proceedings are pending.
