A 23-year-old Lower Milford Township man accused of DUI, possession with intent to deliver heroin and other offenses was Tasered by Coopersburg police at the Hess on Rt. 309 as he reached into his car's center console, where a loaded 9mm handgun was later recovered, according to an article published by the Morning Call.
Kevin A. Noecker, who was allegedly in possession of almost $4,000, 51 packets of heroin and syringes, was Tasered after he allegedly resisted arrest by refusing to let go of his SUV's steering wheel and flailing his arms, and was committed to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail following an arraignment, the newspaper reported.
