I-78 Stop in U. Saucon Leads to Drug Charges

A vehicle stop on I-78 in Upper Saucon Township led to charges for a New Jersey man.

Pennsylvania State Police allegedly found drug paraphernalia when they stopped a vehicle operated by Christopher Palanca, 22, of Blairstown Township, N.J., who has been charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, according to an article published by the Express-Times.

The vehicle was stopped on I-78 in Upper Saucon Township Monday, and a female passenger of Palanca's was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, the newspaper also reported in the article, which cited court documents.
