Helene M. Knise, 88, of Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem, formerly of Salisbury Township, died Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at Holy Family Manor surrounded by her family.
Helene M. Knise, 88, of Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem, formerly of Salisbury Township, died Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at Holy Family Manor surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Joseph M. Knise, who died July 8, 2012. She was born in Upper Saucon Township on June 12, 1925 to the late Verna M. (Arnold) Viviani and William Viviani. Helene worked as a seamstress for various textile companies. She was a member of the Church of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Colesville.
SURVIVORS
Loving son: Edward Joseph Orlando and his wife Donna of Whitehall. She was predeceased by a son: Joseph Jr.; and a brother: Milton E. McClay.

SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at Assumption of the BVM, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem.
