Halloween Ghost Tours to Be Offered in Riegelsville

Jeffrey A. Wargo, the author of two books of Riegelsville ghost stories, will offer Ghost Tours of Riegelsville, Bucks County, on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 at 9 p.m.

Jeffrey A. Wargo, the author of two books of Riegelsville ghost stories, will offer Ghost Tours of Riegelsville, Bucks County, on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 at 9 p.m.

Wargo will lead the tours through the historic part of Riegelsville as he shares the haunted tales of its residents and a bit of the river town’s history.

The cost of the tour is $25 per person and reservations are required. The fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable, and participants should come prepared to sign a liability waiver.

The tours will be given rain or shine, and attendees should dress for the weather and bring flashlights.

Reservations can be made by calling 610-762-9138 and leaving a message that includes their name, desired tour time, number of attendees and a phone number. 

Tours will begin and end at the Church Road entrance to the Riegelsville Union Cemetery.

The Ghost Tours are being sponsored by GhostsintheVille.com and are not affiliated with the Borough of Riegelsville, St. John UCC or the Riegelsville Public Library.

Wargo is the author of Ghosts in the ‘Ville: True Experiences of the Unexplained in Riegelsville, PA, and More Ghosts in the ‘Ville: Continued Tales of the Unexplained in Riegelsville, PA, which tell the haunted tales of more than 20 locations in town. Both books are published through PublishAmerica.com.

Wargo’s tales have also been shared on the cover and as part of the Barnes and Noble compendium of Haunted Places, called Weird Encounters, a new addition to the Weird series available nationwide in Barnes and Noble bookstores and online.
