Rich, not so big time !  You took “ only one course,”  you did not get a “ degree.”   Beyer did.  See my post to Phillyboy to again make " crystal clear " the issue.  Simmons could not claim to be a lawyer since did he get a law degree ?  But to “ practice “  you need to pass the bar exam.  Beyer never claimed otherwise.  The court made an error and they need to correct it.  Simmons could not ever take the bar exam since he did not have a law degree as far as I am aware ?  So sorry you are so misinformed.  Is someone paying you to post this “ misinfo ? “ BTW – what is your educational background ?  Are you a long time resident of LMT ?  What else do we all need to know about you ?  Cheers & enjoy !  It is going to continue to be quite the ride !

Thanks for the post.  But you are so wrong in so many ways.  Is anyone paying you to post such great misinfo ?  It is his job as an elected official to " fix " these issues and not just continue to post " old news " many others have posted.  What has he done in two [2] terms ?  Has he developed and sponsored any legislation and gotten it passed ?  I am a Ph.D so highly educated.  ? What is your education ?  What is Simmons ?  Has he a law degree like Beyer ?  Simmons was also unemployed living at home with not real job when elected in a very controversial manner.  Simply the court made a mistake - a degree makes you a lawyer - passing the bar makes you a " practicing lawyer " - Beyer never claimed otherwise.  How about Simmons ? He is so quiet on such issues and never responds to my many requests.  Last election was very close for him.  Stay tuned it should be quite the ride.  Then how he behaved on the write-in vote ?  Please explain in your own words specific details.  Enjoy !  Cheers !  So you are not a resident of LMT but Philly ?
