The Nestle Toll House Cafe in the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township is almost a year behind on its rent, and the lifestyle center is now suing its tenant in Lehigh County Court, according to a story published by the Express-Times.
The lawsuit states that the bakery-cafe run by franchisee Nicele Confections of Asbury, N.J., stopped paying its $2,405 monthly rent in November 2012, and is in default of its lease, the article indicated.
