Pacifico, Promenade Shops Embroiled in Legal Dispute

The upscale Pacifico restaurant at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township is involved in a rent dispute with the lifestyle center, which has claimed in legal documents that the eatery owes more than $200,000 in back payments, a story recently published by the Morning Call indicated.
Pacifico—which opened in 2008—has claimed that in the wake of the Great Recession, it was granted financial relief by the Promenade Shops in the form of a rent renegotiation agreement, the newspaper reported.
The case is scheduled to be heard in Lehigh County Court Dec. 16, it indicated.
