So. Lehigh H.S. to Host Freshman Activity Rush Thursday
Incoming Southern Lehigh freshmen will be able to learn about and register for extracurricular activities.
Incoming freshmen at Southern Lehigh High School will have the opportunity to learn about and register for extracurricular activities during a freshman activity rush that will be held Thursday, principal Christine Siegfried told the school board last week.
Siegfried also told that schedules were recently sent home to students.
"They're actually excited about our schedule," she said. "That's good, because it gets us excited to welcome them back."
"The countdown (to the start of a new school year) is on, and I think we're going to make it," she added.
The new school year in Southern Lehigh will begin for students on Monday, Aug. 26.
