Local Advertisers Needed for SLHS Play, Musical Programs
Southern Lehigh's fall play will be 'Noises Off,' running from Nov. 14-16, and the spring musical will be 'Shrek the Musical,' running from Feb. 26 to March 2.
All businesses and organizations in the Southern Lehigh community are being asked to consider purchasing space in the 2013-2014 SLHS Theatre programs, according to an announcement from Southern Lehigh High School choral and theatre director Matt Wehr.
The fall play will be "Noises Off," running from Nov. 14-16, and the spring musical will be "Shrek the Musical," running from Feb. 26 to March 2.
Ad space is for both programs and helps to fund a significant portion of the theatre programs' costs, Wehr said.
SLHS theatrical performances are seen annually by nearly 4,000 people, and advertising helps support nearly 100 students involved in the theatre program, he added.
