Hopewell Elementary Celebrates Dr. Seuss

Students and teachers assembled to learn about "the places you'll go".

The Hopewell Elementary School's auditorium was a candy stripe sea as children, teachers, parents and volunteers from Southern Lehigh High School donned authentic "Cat in the Hat" hats and joined together to celebrate the birthday of the well-known Dr. Seuss on March 2.

Throughout the day, children participated in Dr. Seuss themed activities and read stories to commemorate the beloved author.

Several seniors from SLHS visited the elementary school to discuss their college plans and offer wisdom to the younger students.
