Eleanor Roosevelt Re-enactor Coming to Coopersburg

'Eleanor Roosevelt: A Life on My Own' will be performed Wednesday at Borough Hall by actress Linda Kenyon of the Montgomery County Seniors Theater.

One of America's most famous first ladies will take the stage in Coopersburg Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., as part of a free one-hour, one-person show.

"Eleanor Roosevelt: A Life on My Own" will be performed by actress Linda Kenyon of the Montgomery County Seniors Theater.

According to information posted on Patch, the play was written by Stephen LaRocque, who based it on Eleanor Roosevelt's memoirs and travels.

Seating in Coopersburg Borough Hall, 5 N. Main St., will be first come, first seated. Light refreshments will be available and donations will be welcome.

The event is being sponsored by the Coopersburg Historical Society.
