Meet Mary Todd Lincoln at So. Lehigh Library

A Coopersburg woman who is also an historical re-enactor will highlight the 'real story of the life and times of Mary Todd Lincoln' during a presentation at Southern Lehigh Public Library Sept. 5.

If you've ever wanted to know more about one of America's best-known but perhaps least understood first ladies, you'll have your chance next Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Southern Lehigh Public Library.

That's when Linda Minarik—a Coopersburg resident and borough councilwoman who portrays Mary Todd Lincoln as a historical re-enactor—will give a presentation about her life and times.

The 7 p.m. program at Southern Lehigh Public Library is free, but registration is required.

Register online at solehipl.org (click on "Programs, Adult Programs") or call 610-282-8825.

The library is located at 3200 Preston Lane, Center Valley.
