Golf for a Good Cause
The annual Casual for a Cause charity event is taking place on Tuesday, June 7 with money raised benefiting the Southern Lehigh Community Pool.
Come on out to Putt U on Tuesday, June 7 for a Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce charity event benefiting the Southern Lehigh Community Pool.
It’s the annual Casual for a Cause Sting-Ray open on Tuesday evening; an 18 hole miniature golf mixer. DeSales University is this year’s food sponsor. There will also be raffle prizes throughout the event.
The shotgun tournament starts at 5pm with the mixer running from 5:30 until 7pm.

The event fee is $5 per attendee or $15 for a family of four including children.
Registration is required by 4pm on Monday, June 6. Those who register the day of the event will pay a $10 late fee. Putt U is located at 5200 Route 309 in Center Valley.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available to those interested. Hole sponsorship is $50 while combined hole and table sponsorship is $100.
Last year's Casual for a Cause raised $1,130. The money was donated to the Officer David Petzold Foundation. Officer Petzold was an Upper Saucon Township Police Department who passed away in 2006.
