State Rep. Justin Simmons to Host Discussion on Susquehanna Street Safety Issues

State Rep. Justin Simmons (R-Lehigh/Northampton) today announced that he is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, Sept. 12, to discuss safety issues related to Susquehanna Street in Allentown. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. in the dining room of the Fearless Fire Co. No. 14 Fire Station, 1221 South Front St., Allentown.

“I would like to invite neighbors and any concerned residents to take part in the discussion,” said Simmons. “I look forward to hearing their ideas on improving safety on Susquehanna Street, the scene of a terrible accident in June that claimed three lives.”

State Sen. Pat Browne (R-Lehigh) is also scheduled to address the group.
