Gina F. Rubel, Esq., President and CEO of award-winning Bucks County marketing and public relations agency Furia Rubel, will moderate a panel about the financial considerations associated with succession planning for businesses at an upcoming Southern Lehigh and Upper Bucks Chambers of Commerce program. “Succession Planning: Protecting Your Business for the Long Term,” will be held on Mar. 7, 2012 from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at DeSales University Center in Center Valley, Pa.
The program will focus on succession of leadership or ownership for businesses, including proactive steps to succession and exit planning; foundational elements for a successful succession, merger or acquisition; maximizing the financial benefits of a succession; and understanding buy-sell agreements. It will also include a case study of the succession of CEOs at QNB (formerly Quakertown National Bank). Rubel will be joined by panelists Mark S. More About DeSales University
A relatively young university, DeSales began handing out diplomas in 1964. The private, Catholic school was ranked in the top 100 northern university master's programs in both 2008 and 2009.
