Revolutions at Saucon Valley to Cut Ribbon Jan. 24
The Lower Saucon Township entertainment venue's official public opening at 7pm Jan. 24 will follow a 2-hour VIP Grand Opening Celebration that is to include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and live entertainment.
Although a "soft opening" was reportedly held Jan. 11, the much-anticipated official grand opening of a Dave & Buster's style entertainment venue called Revolutions at Saucon Valley is planned for the evening of Thursday, Jan. 24, according to an invitation that has been circulated.
A private VIP Grand Opening Celebration will begin at 5pm and include a ribbon-cutting ceremony and live entertainment by Chris "Breeze" Barcynski, according to the invitation, which indicates that the 40,000-square-foot facility will house a bowling alley, a full-service restaurant, two bars, video and prize games, and a sports amphitheatre.
When it opens, Revolutions at Saucon Valley will occupy the former Regal Cinemas multiplex in the Saucon Square shopping center on Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township.
Regal closed in July 2011 on the heels of the closure of the Pathmark supermarket in the same shopping center.
Revolutions began a hiring blitz for its newest venue in the fall, after a liquor license transfer was approved by township council in August.
