The bulldozers have come to town, and with them the beginnings of a new CVS.

The Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors approved the construction of a new CVS in April 2011. Demolition began in January 2013.

So what's moving in to the old CVS? Hope it won't remain empty for years, like the space where the state store was.

So glad this is happening. The CVS at the shopping center was a pain to get in and out of, and the one in Hellertown is terrible. They never have anything advertised, they run out in an hour or two. I can't wait for a large free standing store to take advatage of their sales. I wish they would get bigger carts. Their carts are too small for a jumbo pack of papertowels and tp or a case of water or two.
