Pita Pit- According to records, a patron of the Pita Pit complained that employees were behind the counter without hair nets. Upon inspection, the violation was noted and corrected.
Capital Blue- On Dec. 15, Capital Blue opened its doors at the Promenade Shops of Saucon Valley. The facilities will include a smoothie bar.
